These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Lapak77 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Lapak77 online gaming platform, accessible at lapak77.cam and any related mobile or browser-based interfaces.

To register and maintain an active account on Lapak77, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of another person or legal entity.

• You have not been self-excluded from Lapak77 or any affiliated platform, nor are you subject to any court or regulatory order preventing participation in gambling activities.
• You have not been previously banned or suspended from the Platform for breaches of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for any purpose — including but not limited to circumventing bonus restrictions or exploiting promotional offers — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Lapak77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of this information.

KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. Acceptable documentation includes:

• Identity verification: Malaysian MyKad (IC), passport, or government-issued photo identification.
• Address verification: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your registered address.
• Payment method verification: Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., e-wallet account, bank account statement).

Lapak77 may request additional documentation where required by our licensing obligations or internal compliance procedures. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Lapak77 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX online banking, DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa/Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT TRC-20). Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit is RM50 for most payment methods unless otherwise stated on the deposit page. The Company does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

Regarding withdrawals:

• All withdrawal requests require a completed KYC verification on your account.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit, or to a verified bank account in the same name as the registered account holder.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated.
• Lapak77 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for standard requests during operational hours; actual processing times may vary based on payment provider timelines.
• The Company reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that it deems unusual or that exceed stated thresholds, which may temporarily delay processing.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are only permitted after applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

Lapak77 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which supplement and form part of these general Terms.

General bonus rules applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated bonus validity period. Bonuses and bonus-derived winnings that remain unwagered upon expiry will be forfeited without compensation.
• During active wagering of bonus funds, different game categories may contribute at different rates to the wagering requirement (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, live casino may contribute 10%). Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Lapak77 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
• Players may opt out of bonus offers by contacting customer support prior to making a qualifying deposit.

All bets placed on the Lapak77 platform are subject to the specific rules of the applicable game or sports market, which are available within each game's interface and in our FAQ section. The following general rules apply across all wagering activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed. No bet may be cancelled or amended by the Player after placement, except where the platform explicitly provides a cash-out or partial cash-out feature and that feature has been exercised prior to the relevant event settling.
• In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, Lapak77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return staked funds.
• For sports betting, minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and may vary. Markets may be suspended or removed at any time prior to settlement.
• Lapak77 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close the account of any Player whose betting patterns are identified as professionally matched, arbitrage-oriented, or otherwise contrary to the spirit of recreational wagering.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the Company's records shall be the primary source of reference. Players may contest settlements by contacting support within 72 hours of the disputed settlement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Lapak77 platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to applicable law enforcement or regulatory bodies:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one registered account, whether in your own name or using a third party's identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live casino games, poker variants, or any competitive game mode.
• Use of automated software: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting systems without express written permission from the Company.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose connected with the proceeds of criminal activity, including but not limited to depositing and withdrawing funds without engaging in genuine gambling activity.
• Fraud: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or exploiting platform errors for financial gain.
• VPN or proxy use: Using virtual private networks, proxy servers, or other methods to circumvent geographic access restrictions imposed by the Platform.
• Minors: Allowing or facilitating access by any person under the age of 21 to your account or the Platform.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward Platform staff or other users through any communication channel.

All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, trade names, graphics, design elements, and the overall appearance of the Lapak77 platform (collectively, "Platform Content") are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform Content without the prior written consent of the Company.

Third-party game content, including game software and associated assets provided by game studios, remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to the Company for display on the Platform. No rights in such content are transferred to Players.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lapak77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.

The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Company's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud arising from the Company's own negligence or wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Lapak77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Receipt of a valid court order, law enforcement request, or regulatory direction;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (inactive account fees may apply as stated in applicable promotional documentation).

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any Player Funds held in the account will be preserved and not used for operational purposes. Where an account is permanently closed due to confirmed fraud or material breach, the Company reserves the right to withhold and/or offset outstanding Player Funds against proven losses or costs incurred by the Company.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified Player Funds balance will be returned to the Player's designated withdrawal method within five (5) Business Days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Lapak77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by publishing a revised version on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date, and by notifying registered Players via the email address associated with their account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revisions, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the revised Terms taking effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated and licensed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Players based in Malaysia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and the Betting Act 1953 of Malaysia, among other legislation, and that they are solely responsible for their own legal compliance. The Company makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use in any particular jurisdiction outside its licensed territory.
